A paper written by researchers at Energy Photovoltaics, Inc., “Development of Large Area, High-Efficiency, Thin-Film CIGS Modules," was presented at the 15th International Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference, Shanghai, on October 10th. The paper received an award in the category of Best Oral Presentation from the Program Committee. Dr. Leon Chen delivered the paper, which described results in the simplified hybrid process, TCO development, post-CIGS treatment, and module stability. The conference was also attended by Dr. J. A. Anna Selvan of Energy Photovoltaics.
